If you are having problems adding fragments to constructs please ensure that they have at least one feature. You can add this by editing them in (for instance) APE and saving as a genbank file. Sorry for the inconvenience - Gibthon is still early in its life and active development will be continuing shortly!

Tools for Synthetic Biology

What

Gibthon is a suite of web-based tools to aid in the design and manufacture of synthetic parts and devices for biological systems.

Why

The 2010 Cambridge iGEM team found a need for an integrated toolkit to automate primer design for Gibson Assembly.
